DIA Flashmob

In 2011, a huge coordinated effort between DIA, CMDance, the entire Colorado Swing community and choreographers Joe Demers, Lark Mervine, and Ceth Stifel turned out this gem!

Jazz Dance film fest

In 2014, Joe Smith & The Spicy Pickles won 1st place in the Jazz Dance Film Fest contest with their original song "Movin' Groovy". This video features many familiar Denver faces, dancing at Swing Nights' home venue, the Mercury Cafe! They all represented the joy of Lindy Hop so well, and the Spicy Pickles brought the room to life with their energizing music. Special thanks goes out to lead choreographer/storyboard artist Ceth Stifel and award-winning videographer Mahala Gaylord!

Five points jazz festival flash mob

At Denver's annual Five Points Jazz Festival (2012), people gathered to watch as dancers appeared from passersby to create this incredible flash mob! You'll hear a medley of popular swing tunes and see dancers of all ages and levels struttin' their stuff. Choreography by Ceth Stifel and Jill Cohen.
