Media Round Up!
We had an exciting Thursday night on Sept. 20th with FIVE DJ’s and a performance by the Diamond Dolls! We want to thank DJ’s Eden Garrod, Mark Henderson, Eric Deskin, Anna Leavitt, and Tommy Kampmann for making the night so much fun and so memorable. It’s always great to reconnect with old and new friends every Thursday night.
Dani and I had a couple of days of downtime in the Rocky Mountains, and it was fun to put together this mini-choreography playing in the dusty outdoors. A couple of the choreographic ideas came in the hazy morning hours caught between sleep and waking. Dreams really are a powerful source of creativity! Speaking of mini-choreo, that’s our theme for next month’s Intermediate class. Each and every week we’ll learn a short sequence that will be fun and challenging. About our Media Round Up: We spend a lot of time each week editing photos of y’all and trying to capture how fun it is to be a part of the Swing Nights’ community. Whether you make it to the Lindy Jam or a Sunday night it’s always a blast!
